Buy used 7800X3D for 250€ and wait for ZEN6 or buy new 9800X3D for 390€?

I am building my first PC, I should have done this last year - shame on me...

Anyway, I found a used/second-hand 7800X3D for 250€ that I want to pair with a 9070XT, do I buy the 7800X3D and wait for the next Zen6 X3Ds or buy a new 9800X3D for 390€?

I am planning to buy the RAM second-hand as well (packaged though).

I mainly play CS2, Squad and other games like RoN or SCP:SL.

What do I do?
