I’ve been trying different habits to improve myself/my life/my mood. I love reading self improvement books but I sometimes find it overwhelming because there is so kich information out there, so many books so may great ideas. So I decided to look for the simplest habits and see if they can make any changes before I tackle the big ones. I created a 10 minutes video on the 20 tiny habits I tried. Link is in the comments .
