Office/Study Rental Space

Are there any businesses or individuals that have an extra office space that can be rented out on a month to month basis? It does not need to be furnished, if it is that is a plus. I am a recent law school graduate looking for a place to study and do remote work.
This is a serious inquiry, looking to rent as soon as possible.
