Russian/Slavic cooking lessons

Does anyone know of any place I could taking a few cooking lessons to learn to make traditional Russian dishes? Pelmeni, Borscht, syrniki and maybe crepes with beef or cured cheese

Even if it's just an individual who just knows how to prepare these dishes, I would love to discuss.
