Airbnb assistance needed

I’m searching for an Airbnb for a friends baby shower in a clean and safe neighborhood. More specifically one that would be open to an event of about 20-25 people.

I truly thought this would be an easy mission, but it has been a nightmare. Any help is appreciated.
