Airbnbs for bachelorette

Hi everyone, I’m trying to plan a bachelorette trip for next May with about 10 girls. I was looking into Airbnbs and was told by someone who has visited that I have to stay right next to the beach, otherwise we will be paying tons of money and sitting in tons of traffic for ubers to las Olas. I’m assuming they mean staying across the bridge that leads you into las olas. Any opinions on this? Asking because the price difference in Airbnbs is pretty drastic. But if getting to bars and beach is going to be a big problem, we would be willing to put the money out for the location.
