Any good salons that specialize in color?

Hey guys, I’m wondering if anyone has recommendations for hair. I’m trying to get a light pink shade but while doing some digging a lot of places aren’t being recommended in the sense they special in color. Anybody know any spots that aren’t overly priced. Thanks for any help!
