Anyone know what that schizophrenic guy on commercial and federal was holding up today?

Some dude (50-60 years old) around 3pm was on the SE corner of those 2 roads holding a sign double or triple his height. It had some face attached to it with some text next to it but I couldn’t read it clear enough

Not important but definitely something that’s out of the blue that’ll make anyone curious to know what was up
