Preface: 22M, no car, pretty tight funds i.e. cannot get a hotel for one night. Want to sit (not sleep) someplace for the night.
I'm visiting WPB with friends and have a gap for one night where I do not have housing, as I'm arriving early and getting a ride from a different friend passing through. I'm prepared to pull an all-nighter and don't mind doing so if there is an area where I could safely just sit and read a book or something from ~9pm-6am. I'm unfamiliar with the area and looking for advice if that's at all feasible. I can walk a few miles but closest to that region is best.
Never spent a night outside before (besides camping) but used to be out late at parks in my hometown. Just wondering if similar is possible in WPB. Thanks.
