are there better cheaper alternatives than a RX 9070 XT and RTX 5070 ti?

The CPU im using is the Ryzen 7 7800X3D and i plan on just using the 4000 series from NVIDIA and possibly the 7000 series from AMD. Is there a card i can buy where it can do 1440p gaming with around 120-240 hz with mid graphics? I heard that the "Super" cards are good but just want to know if you guys have any good alternatives i can use instead
