Last Wednesday, we got a text that service was down and they were working on it. Went out of town for the weekend and Internet was still out. Several calls and two long visits later, it’s still out. And somehow it has to do with our faux landline. Going back and forth with them now because it seems like the solution is to have less service with same billing. Anyone else having issues with service? Any luck getting rebates? Update: Somehow we now have to pay more for a service we already have (phone) and are still without internet.
