Cheapest dry cleaners around

I just took a regular pair of pants and a dress shirt to the dry cleaners and it's ready for pickup. I called to ask how much I owe and it was over $24. Sounds a bit steep to me but I haven't gotten dry cleaning done in years... If anybody knows any less expensive ones that would be great.
