Clematis man with the shirts

There's an older gentleman on Clematis who is very loud and sells shirts and he's been there for years. He's usually by clematis and N dixie near the library. I'm shy so I don't look too hard or walk too close lol but what is he talking about? What do his shirts say and what's his story?
