DAE not want a muscular physique

15 hours ago 1

As a male in my mid 20s, it feels like everyone's advice is to start developing muscles now to be attractive and super fit and yada-yada-yada. And it's awesome for those who want it really and hope whoever is looking for a body like that can achieve it.

It's just... I don't want to look like that? Like at all. I enjoy how I look actually. It's surprisingly one of the only things I'm not insecure about, even though I've never received compliments for it. I'm just a slim guy, and of course I want to stay healthy and will exercise and don't have any weird relationship with food; but the idea of getting all toned or having too visible muscles like abs, is kind of... gross. Like that would not be me. It will definitely look great and even hot on someone else sure, but I'm happy like this.

I don't even mind not being as strong as others as long as I'm not getting malnourished and can run for a bit and jump when I get happy. I'm more of a nerdy type who likes cute stuff, and yes you can be that while looking like a stud but... do I really need to end up like that?
