I applied to this job: remote office scheduler for Built to Last Roofing. They sent me this message saying they chose someone else but they have a cilent that would be interested and send my email to her. The name is Maureen Cox and she sent me this email:

Thank you for getting in touch and sharing your resume.

This is a remote position requiring around 40 hours per week. While full-time availability is preferred, I am open to discussing part-time options depending on your schedule and how it aligns with the needs of the role.

The position involves a range of administrative and support tasks, including scheduling, appointment coordination, and handling correspondence. Additional responsibilities will be discussed as we move forward.

By way of introduction, I am a retired real estate attorney currently engaged in personal and small real estate projects. At the moment, I am in Montreal on a short work engagement and will be returning to Naples, Florida, in about two weeks.

Compensation for this role starts at $40 per hour, equating to approximately $1,600 weekly for full-time work. The role also includes benefits such as health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. We can review these in more detail when we speak.

If you’d like to proceed, please reply with the following details:

Full Name: Full Mailing Address (including Apt # if applicable): City, State, ZIP Code: Mobile Phone Number: Current Occupation: Confirmation that you are authorized to work in the U.S. (Yes/No):

I look forward to continuing our conversation.

Like obviously not responding because don’t want to risk the scam and too good to be true but wondering if anyone else experienced this with these specific people or something like this??
