Dmv car registration service

Can anyone recommend a service to register a car for you so I don't have to go to the DMV?

Out of state car, I relocated, it is in my wife's name but I have a signed title to put it in my name.

Thanks for any help. I had no idea how screwed up the DMV is in this area.
