Does anyone know of any bakeries in South Florida that make those realistic looking fruit pastries like the Salswee bakery in NYC?

I keep seeing viral videos of all of these bakeries (mostly in NYC of course) that have the coolest, most delicious looking pastries. They look like a real piece of fruit but it's like a fruit mousse stuffed cake inside🫠 I am seriously ready to book a trip to NYC for one of these.

Anyone know if there's a place that makes them anywhere in the tri-county area? I don't even know what the names of these types of pastries are I'm not having luck googling.
