Federal Restaurant and Spa?

Been getting ads for a new Russian/Turkish style place in Hollywood but there is very little info online. Does anyone have any info on grand opening, pricing, and a full list of amenities? I have been to the Russian Turkish Bath in Miami Beach and would love to have something very similar in Broward but not sure if this place is really all-encompassing or even legitimate.
