Fort Lauderdale Triathlon Clubs?

Moving to Ft Lauderdale next month and I’m looking to join a local triathlon club.

I found Fort Lauderdale Triathletes. Are they a pretty active group? If not, any others I should check out?

Ideally looking for a group the skews younger.
