Furnished Apartment Areas

Hello I’m coming down to the area for one month in February to see how I like living here. Eventually, snow birding permanently 7 months in Florida and 5 months in NY. I’m a single black female, 33, and work from home. What area of Fort Lauderdale would be best to live in? I do like to be around great food and some nightlife and the beach, although the beach this time around isn’t really as important but would be nice to be within driving distance. I also am an avid pickleball player. I’m willing to spend up to 2,500/month for a 1 bedroom apt. I will have a vehicle for the month as well!
