I was sexually assaulted by the front desk worker, Juan, who works at night (as far as I know). He's of mixed ethnicity with curly hair mostly in a bush-type style. I informed the general manager that Id be leaving the Hampton Inn Delray Beach in 15 minutes, 4 days ahead of my schedule after a 1 week stay at the Hampton Inn delray beach. I chose to vacate the premises and booked another hotel to settle in and to call Hilton corporate and the police to file a complaint, I was on vacation and alone which they exploited. Instead of Hampton Inn Delray Beach calling corporate to begin launching an investigation into me being r@ped, Juan and his general manager made all the lobby and elevator entrance camera footage disappear, including the keycard entry to my room (vurtual keycard readers keep logs), and the video of his return to the front desk. The general manager called the cops with prevarication BEFORE I chose to voluntarily leave without being told or asked because I knew I was extremely unsafe, I wasn't asked to leave, I volunteered. This equivocation made the police extremely hostile towards me during which the police verbally and physically assaulted me, and damaged my laptop and cell phone, during which the highly aggressive police asked me if I wanted to file a complaint. I was so overwhelmed, distraught, and scared for my well-being. What is someone to do when the people you go to for help all let you down?
Hampton Inn Delray Beach, I did not forget, you didn't make me disappear, what you did is not okay. I'll be strong for the other girls you made just go away and now they have to relive a horrible situation every single day.
