Help or advice please

Hi everyone, my name is Jennifer , and I’m currently looking for a 3-bedroom home to rent for up to $3,000/month.

I’m searching for a place where I can live with my sister so that together we can care for our mom, who was recently diagnosed with brain cancer. This has been an extremely hard time for our family, and while we don’t have the funds for a deposit right now due to ongoing medical expenses, my dad has excellent credit and a clean rental history, and he would be the lease holder.

We are respectful, clean, and responsible tenants who are simply trying to create a stable home environment to care for our mother with love and dignity. We’re hoping to connect with a kind landlord or property manager who can understand our situation and work with us on the deposit or offer flexibility in that area.
