Hey is a Lake Park a hood?

Seen a very nice property there like beautiful , but people keep telling me that place is 50/50. Did my little research & seen there was a gang called “Sama Gang” Overall the area doesn’t seem like a hood at all so please inform me, thanks! Also is it a diverse area?
