Home remodeling in West Palm Beach - anyone else dealing with outdated 80s interiors?

Our place off Belvedere Road still has the original tile, popcorn ceilings, and a kitchen layout that makes zero sense. We want to do a full interior refresh including kitchen, two bathrooms, and flooring throughout. Looking for a solid remodeling company that knows the area and ideally has experience with older WPB homes that sometimes hide surprises behind the walls.
