Date of Entry: Starting June 2nd-July 30th, 2025 (Estimated Completion Date).

Time Frame: Beginning at 9:00 AM

Pursuant to Florida Statute 83.53, this notice serves as formal notification that management will be entering all occupied units on June 2nd, 2025, to perform maintenance work. The purpose of the entry is to install a fan plate switch in each unit.

Please note the following:

Pets: Kindly secure or remove any pets during this time to ensure their safety and the safety of our team.

Alarm Systems: Please deactivate any security alarms to avoid unnecessary disruptions.

We appreciate your cooperation as we work to make improvements to your home.
