In town for one day - looking for some advice for the afternoon.

Good afternoon,

I’ll be working in FL for one day this coming week, and wrapping up early. We plan to drive down to the Marlins game that afternoon. If we wrap by 2 PM would we have time to hit the beach for a bit before the game and then head down to Miami? If so, would there be space to change at the beach anywhere?
