Legacy at Sherwood Park Golf Course area

I'm familiar with Delray east of Swinton, but I am not quite familiar with the area near West Atlantic and east of Military Trail. I'm just seeking extra information about this area if it's a good place to live.

How is this area from a buying and living perspective?

Is it "safe" per se?

Are the schools held in well-regard? (just south of Carver Middle School and just west of Atlantic Community High School)
