Looking for a hardworking realtor for a condo sale in West Palm Beach (r/westpalmbeach)

Hi everyone, My wife and I are looking for a recommendation for a great realtor in the West Palm Beach area, specifically one who is experienced in selling condos in the $400k-$600k range. We've had some frustrating experiences with realtors in the past who have been a bit too "relaxed" for this tough market. We've dealt with realtors who don't show up to showings, barely answer phone calls, and generally don't seem to be putting in the effort needed to get a deal done. We're looking for someone who is the opposite of that. Someone who is proactive, responsive, and genuinely willing to work hard to sell our condo. We know the market is tough right now, and we need a partner who is just as motivated as we are.
