Looking for a trustworthy property management company in South Florida any recommendations?

Hello everyone. I'm an indigene/citizen of Florida but haven't been home for home for years, I recently came and renovated a property left by Dad and don't think I got what it takes to self manage it. Although I've had my fair share of experiences with property management companies in my current state over the years, some good, many not so much. I currently manage the house for about 3 months now and I don't think i can deal with the HOA drama, late night calls for repairs etc I would prefer if I could hand off this rental property to people who are already familiar with the local HOA and stay Local compared to me that travels always.

I'd prefer to find a smaller local company rather than one of the large chains if possible. In my experience the local ones tend to be more honest about the properties they manage and actually care about doing the job right, when you find a good one.

Does anyone in the Broward, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, or West Palm Beach area have a company they've used and would genuinely recommend? I'm in no rush but I'd rather get ahead of this before summer and my quarterly world trip commences.

Thank you in advance.
