Looking for jobs in finance

recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Finance major), originally from up north but recently finished school here in South Florida. I’ve been exploring the job market and would love to get some insight into the local finance scene.

Are there strong opportunities in areas like corporate finance, FP&A, or even more niche industries like entertainment or real estate finance here in Fort Lauderdale or Miami? I’ve noticed a lot of activity in hospitality, tech, and luxury development just wondering where finance fits in and how competitive it is.

Would love to hear from anyone working in the field, especially if you’ve navigated the job market as a new grad or pivoted into a cool niche. Also open to networking or any recommendations on where to look!
