Hi folks, I’m looking for a personal trainer that has capacity for at home visits, pretty consistently (4x/ week) at around 6-7 am. Unfortunately I commute for work and have irregular schedule in the afternoons so mornings are my only chance to be consistent about my health. I’m a hard worker, and am very coachable. I likely have everything in the garage that we will need, but am open to buying a piece of equipment if recommended. Thank you for any and all help, I’m really looking forward to making health my top priority with some guidance.
