My dad's ancient Core 2 Duo finally died, need help with a replacement build that won't break the bank

So my dad has been using this old Dell with a Core 2 Duo E8400 for like 10+ years doing basic stuff like web browsing, emails, and watching youtube videos. Thing finally gave up yesterday and won't even boot up anymore.

He doesn't game at all but wants something that'll last another decade if possible. I was thinking of going with a Ryzen 5 5600G since it has integrated graphics and should handle everything he needs without needing a dedicated GPU. Been looking at this basic build:

Ryzen 5 5600G

ASRock B450M PRO4

16GB DDR4-3200 (probably overkill but prices are decent)

500GB WD Blue SN570 NVMe

Some basic case with PSU combo from EVGA

Budget is around $400-450 since I've got some money saved up to help him out. Is this gonna be good enough for basic tasks or am I missing something obvious? Also wondering if I should just get him a prebuilt instead but I kinda wanna build it myself since I've never done one before.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
