My soon-to-be 90yo mother put me in charge of the party. Help please?

I need to find a hotel for early October in DelRay for my mother's 90th birthday.

It should have a restaurant with a private room which can hold 15 people and can offer a vegan alternative.

More luxurious the better.

I'd appreciate suggestions, warnings and any other advice.
