Old Television Commercial

A friend of mine from Fort Lauderdale told me a pretty funny story involving an old television commercial that aired in the late 90's/ early 2000's and now we would really like to find it. He believes it was for a business local to the Fort Lauderdale area. It was for a business that had a yellow building, and/or yellow roof. The commercial had a busty blonde in a bikini saying something along the lines of "What's big, yellow, and satisfies your every need?" He described the woman as looking similar to Pamela Anderson, but obviously not her as this was likely a locally produced commercial.
