Private Trusted Dog Sitter Recommendation - Delray Beach Area

In short: New to the Delray Beach area; looking for referrals for a trusted, private dog-sitter that can take my dog in for 2 weeks 8/1/25-8/14/25. She loves playing with other dogs so if the sitter has a dog of their own, even better.

My dog info: Dalmatian, 1-year-old (puppy energy still active), super sweet, very energetic, well-trained (spent 5 weeks with a professional trainer), and potty-trained.

I am moving to Delray Beach next week. I have a 2-week vacation coming up (8/1-8/14) and I need to find a sitter for my 1 year old Dalmatian. She is an absolute sweetheart. She does great at dog parks when I am there to protect her from aggressive dogs but she gets anxious at boarding facilities as they don't always keep the overbearing dogs at bay. I do not like Rover nor Wag because from my experience, most of the sitters there are WFH professionals busy with meetings all day and they do NOT provide enough attention and care for my extremely energetic and playful puppy.

My budget is $500 for the 2 weeks. I understand that a dog (especially an energetic puppy) is a decent amount of work and this is not amazing compensation. However, I am looking for genuine dog-lovers that are more interested in the love and companionship my dog will give, and the money is just a bonus.

The reason I am posting in South Florida is because I rarely post so I do not have enough karma points to join the Palm Beach County / Delray Beach community.
