Question for my nurses!

I just passed the NCLEX and I don't know where to apply for jobs. The ones in my area all require one year experience. I've looked into hospitals, clinics, offices etc. Any RN jobs that don't require experience? I got my ADN, will be getting BSN soon. Thanks n advanced!
