Recommendations for Getting Hair Color

I finally have some extra money and I'm thinking about getting my hair at least partially done in some sort of 'bright' color (maybe blue tips, or something else). Who do you recommend in the area? I've only gotten a cut or two since moving down here and none that I'm in love with.
