Rtx 5080 or RX 9070XT

I currently have a Rtx 4060 and want to upgrade. I’ve seen many reviews and videos of both gpu’s and leaning more towards the amd card, but i consistently hear bad things about them: crashing, freezing, stuttering.. etc.. If anyone could help me out in finding which one would be better for my build it would be greatly appreciated.
