Science obsessed 9 year old son drew this. Does this thing make sense?

My 9-year-old son is obsessed with science, math and chemistry - he consumes a lot of science videos and books. He often draws out molecules. Tonight he wanted to make a complex molecule. He tried explaining it to me, but I’m clueless about chemistry. To what extent does this drawing make sense?
