Solo beginner kayaking … Whiskey Creek or Oleta?

I’m planning a solo trip to Florida later this year and have a 2-3 hour window on the day I leave that I’d love to fill with a little more adventure. I’ve been kayaking before but it’s been a while. I’m not super familiar with these areas, so I figured I’d pop on here and ask people with actual experience. Would Oleta or Whiskey Creek be better for someone who doesn’t kayak often and will be solo? Of course all basic safety measures will be applied.
