Tag renewal: FLHSMV or ABBEY AJAYI tax collector?

New in the Broward County, I'd like to know if ABBEY AJAYI tax collector website is legit?

I received a mail asking for tag renew. Initially I was planning to do it on FLHSMV, now I don't know where I'm expected to do that.
