The Adderley Apartment Building

Has anyone lived in the Adderley in Dorsey-Riverbend (near sistrunk)? It seems to be a newer building and wondering if anyone has had experiences there? The reviews are limited but all positive. I drove by today and it looked actually really nice - I’m mostly wondering is it a quiet building, do you feel safe given the area?
