The Edge Flagler Village - Experiences?

Has anyone lived at the edge at Flagler? Did you have a positive experience? Reviews are a bit mixed - I’m wondering if the building quiet or would you say it has thin walls and is loud? lol im thinking of moving there, thanks in advance!
