The Richy Riches in Delray?

I would really appreciate some help here as I'm doing a little research--for fiction, not real life! If someone said they lived in a house on Ocean Boulevard, would you assume they were well-to-do? And what is the first area or street you think of when it comes to the wealthy in Delray? Thanks for any help you can give me!
