We noticed alot of homes for sale in westlake, and I mean a lot. The market is saturated with homes that were built in 2021+ and with the residents now moving. Why? Seems like families are in for a few years and then go. I can’t imagine everyone of these families have “outgrown” their current home.
I know HOAs and super tight lots are a turn off, but is there something wrong with the community?
