Apartment viewing in the Coral Gables area

Hi, not sure if this is allowed on this subreddit but I'm looking to hire someone for a small task. I'm not currently in the area and would like to hire someone to tour a couple of apartments and take videos. They are all near coral gables and I just want to be sure there are no red flags for buildings/units.
