A certain bakery on 8th Street by the Miami Dade campus claims to be organic and only use French flour and butter, but that is totally a lie which they use to justify the high price point. They use costco butter and King Arthur flour(not bad flour but not french), for fillings they use generic tubs from restaurant stores ie not organic. Donโt fall for these deceptive marketing practices, obviously this isnโt the only bakery doing the bait and switch.
