Church For Infant Baptism That's Not Strict

Hi! Does anyone know of a catholic church that can baptize my almost 1 year old with little to no requirements? Only the father is baptized and the godmother-to-be was not married through the Catholic church, so many churches won't accommodate us. Thanks in advance!
