Doctors for disabled parking permit?

I promise I’m not trying to scam lol!!! I don’t have a primary care physician, and 2 years ago I was hit by a car as a pedestrian and had to miss work for a month and a half, and I still have issues with my knee hurting when I walk for too long. I just recently passed my driver’s license exam, but wanted to see about getting a disabled parking permit as I fall under the requirements of not being able to walk 200 feet without stopping to rest—does anyone know of any doctors that take Cigna and have been helpful with regards to disabled parking permits? I’m younger and don’t “look disabled” so I’m super worried about getting pushback
