Does Domicile change detail a lot and then not refund?

I've been a fan of the promoter Domicile for techno events in Miami for a couple years now, but I have noticed they tend to do a lot of day before cancellations/changes. Especially for big events they seem to get a lot of ticket purchasers and then change details on an ig story post an hour before the refund cut off window. It is kind of a bummer to have the only real techno event in Miami constantly con their fans this way. They also will release tickets and then right before the event release promo codes for cheaper tickets, it's like being punished for being a supporter/fan. Anyone else notice or have similar experiences?
